**About JSSI**

For more than 30 years, Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI), has been the leading independent provider of maintenance support and financial services to the business aviation industry. JSSI is responsible for maintaining in excess of 2,000 business jets, regional jets, and helicopters across the globe and serves customers through an infrastructure of certified technical advisors and providing maintenance tracking software (Traxxall and SierraTrax). JSSI leverages this technical knowledge, experience, buying power, and data to provide support at every stage of the aircraft life cycle; from aircraft acquisition to aircraft teardown and part out.

Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) is seeking a well-qualified Inside Sales Representative to be based remotely in Europe.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales of existing inventory and brokered opportunities.
- Create relationships with parts brokers, repair vendors and operators.
- Develop an thorough understanding of existing inventory to create targeted push lists.
- Proactively call on prospective owners, operators and MRO’s to generate lead sources for outside sales team.
- Effectively present JSSI Parts & Leasing to prospective customers.
- Identify and move quickly on sales opportunities.
- Provide creative revenue generating solutions to customers.
- Settle discrepancies with customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Negotiate prices with customers & vendors.
- Review customer agreements and identify discrepancies or problems.
- Provide current inventory listings to marketplace web sites on regular basis.
- Identify market trends to anticipate areas of opportunity.
- Maximize sales and margin results.
- Attend domestic and international trade shows, conferences, and seminars.

**Desired Credentials**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years in sales
- Ability to effectively communicate business opportunities
- Working knowledge of aircraft and engines
- Ability to function independently
- Highly organized and able to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Domestic and international travel may be required for this position
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of rotation as required.
- Experience with Quantum or similar systems.
- Experience negotiating prices and terms.
