CMA HR Division is currently working with a large international manufacturing firm based in Poole, Dorset, who have the requirement to recruit an experienced HR Systems specialist to join their HR Team on a permanent basis to drive the implementation of their new Zellis ResourceLink system.

**What will HR Systems Specialist role involve?**
- Administration and development of the HR system to ensure that it is run efficiently, effectively, and remains fully up-to-date;
- Work with IT teams to maintain and improve the HR system, providing support and training to end-users, and delivering solutions to support;
- Partner with operational teams to build requirements for dashboard reporting for all departments;
- Lead system requirement and integration of time recording systems into ResourceLink.
- Previous experience working in Zellis ResourceLink is essential;
- Experience of building and designing dashboard reporting.
