Office Administrator

We are a leading provider of walking and cycling holidays in the Cotdswolds and are looking to recruit a full time office administrator to help run our growing business.

This is a small, family-owned company and our office is unlike a typical corporate environment; we show a genuine interest in our employees' wellbeing and have a sense of camaraderie due to our shared interests and responsibilities. We also have a resident office dog, Lottie.

The role revolves around the various aspects of a client’s journey - from enquiry to completing a tour in the Cotswolds - with tasks such as booking accommodations, organising taxi and luggage transfers, preparing route notes, etc. Full training will be given, however, an excellent attention to detail and good telephone manner together with a high level of computer skills will be essential.

Knowledge of the Cotswolds and the local area, and an interest in walking and/or cycling would be an advantage.

The working hours will be Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Occasional weekend cover may be requested. This is not a mandatory part of the role, however any flexibility will be appreciated.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
