Job title - Ecommerce Partner Management

**Location**: Hybrid, 2-3 days pw in Manchester

**Travel**: occasional travel required to partner locations across the UK

**Contract length**: 6 months initially + possible extensions (opportunity for temp to perm)

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for an Ecommerce Partner Specialist to work in the digital services business within this world class energy technology company.
The business is a technology leader in industrial automation and digitalization.

**Role**:
This role is a hybrid of business and IT, but the focus is mostly towards the business side
The project is about improving their partners web shops
Closely working with partners to bring web shops up to where they want to see them
You will initially scope out which partners they have and which technology is on their platform, understand who their partners are, where they're up to and supporting them with that rollout
Some internal support will be provided
You'll be in direct communication with the dept rather than headquarters.
You will need to understand what new measures are so a technical background is required

**Responsibilities**:
Promote and provide guidance on our new e-business measures that enhance web shop data quality for our partners.
Conduct digital business reviews with partners to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
Support our internal business units with digital initiatives that require our partners input and involvement.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate distributors on business best practices.
Analyse data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of e-business measures and identify opportunities for improvement
Keep up to date with the latest digital business trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to partners
Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless integration of new measures into existing systems
Identify new digital business opportunities for the organisation and our partners.

**Key Skills and experience required**:
Be passionate about joining a new team focused on growing our partners digital business
Experience working with digital tools is essential. These may include tools like Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and more.
Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as JIRA, Trello or Asana.
Any experience and knowledge of the Company’s Product portfolio would be advantageous but is not essential.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science or related fields preferred but not required.

**Essential Experience**:
Must have a Technical background - you will be supporting on ecommerce development (but not as a developer) working on specific enhancements and features
Must have an Ecommerce background
Experience of working with digital tools
Stakeholder Engagement
Very good communication skills
Experience working in an Agile environment
Business acumen

**Desirable experience**:
Previous experience in a business focussed role is preferred
