Integration in the upstream oil and gas sector continues to grow. The Baker Hughes Oilfield Services and Equipment (OFSE) product company spans reservoir to topsides, from discovery to first production over life of field. The Integrated Solutions team exists to support the regional pursuit teams through all front-end loading phases and the project teams during the execution of highly complex projects related to Integrate Subsea Production Solutions, SURF and OFSE Integrated Services with rigs and or vessels.

As the Global Integrated Solutions leader you will be accountable for deploying Commercial and Technical specialist support to regional pursuit teams for Integrated SPS & SURF opportunities. Supporting services growth with Rig and Vessel providers related but not limited to I&Cs, P&A and decommissioning. You will provide commercial guidance on setting up agreements, supporting commercial intelligence, competitive assessment, understanding market prices based on regions, vessels and operational execution. The Global Integrated Subsea Solutions Leader will also be responsible for:

- Establishing effective relationships with SURF contractors, Vessel and Rig providers at leadership level to develop in depth knowledge of the market
- Implementing Centre of Excellence (CoE) Operating plan and rhythm and deploying specialist support
- Engaging Pipeline Services opportunities and connecting these with the wider subsea business
- Managing integrated Subsea projects, strategic planning and SURF regional pipeline reviews
- Supporting engagement with customers, partners on EPCI pursuits & projects
- Mature SURF alliance frameworks and delivery models aligned the business strategy of flexible partnering
- Collaborating effectively as the main point of contact for all SURF/Vessel/Rig partners leading steerco meetings and regional reviews to define ‘SURF account’ capture plans
- Formulating and executing strategies to position the Services business for long term success and growth in this space
- Leading, defining and implementing the Alliance Execution & Contracting strategy for must win pursuits
- Deploying best practice and capturing lessons learnt to ensure continuous improvement and quality across the integrated portfolio

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have considerable experience and longevity in a Commercial or Sales role within the Subsea, SURF or Vessel Market
- Display rounded experience in lifecycle phases i.e. front end, tendering and execution
- Show good understanding of the installation market with knowledge of SURF contractors and competitors
- Posses commercial acumen and understanding of alliance models & contracts (scope split, risk profile etc)
- Have an established network globally in Oilfield Services, Oilfield Equipment and the general upstream subsea sector
- Be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have a demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems in complex situations and environments
- Illustrate the ability to lead, document, plan, market, and execute programs and projects with highly tuned project management skills
