- £25,200 per annum**Caseworker**
**Based at HMP Exeter and other local sites **- Full UK Driving Licence & Access to own vehicle is essential.
**What you will be doing?**
- Delivering 1:2:1 face to face and remote (Phone and MSTeams) services to service users
- Delivering a suite of workshops to individuals and/or groups of Service Users
- Preparing & agreeing individual action plans
- Providing specialist finance, benefit and debt casework, maintaining professional advice standards in line with the Financial Conduct Authority
**To be successful you will require**:
- Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people, for example people who have complex needs
- Case Management experience (i.e dealing with multiple people, managing their expectations)
- The ability to deliver short and tailored interventions to address barriers within a given timeframe
