The Xenia Group are a fast-growing organisation consisting of multiple brands: Xenia Estates, Xenia Lettings and Xenia Students. We specialise in property, block, and lettings management as well as student and residential lettings, operating throughout the country.

We are looking for a full time, Cleaning Operative to join the team in Glasgow, starting **immediately**. You should have a positive and pro-active attitude and a drive to keep and maintain the high standards throughout our student accommodation building in Glasgow city centre.

If you can clean to a high standard, have a keen eye for detail, as well as taking pride in your work, you may be exactly what we’re looking for.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deep cleaning of student accommodation rooms and kitchens following check-out

**Other Responsibilities**
- Cleaning of communal areas and assisting with general upkeep of the property as required
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning
- Sweeping and mopping the bin store
- Empty bins, clean toilets, and sinks
- Keep lift clean internal & external
- Wipe clean mirrors in gym area and vacuum
- Assisting with the check-in/out procedures (room inspections, reporting maintenance etc.)

- Previous housekeeping/ cleaning experience preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12,000.00 per year
