Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Ensure all areas of the establishment are clean and well-maintained, including common areas, hallways, and restrooms
- Stock and replenish supplies in guest rooms and common areas
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Respond promptly to guest requests or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the establishment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

**Skills**:

- Hotel experience is a plus
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

**Salary**: £8.19-£10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
