**PLANNING COORDINATOR**

We are seeking a Planning Coordinator to join our team. This role blends office tasks with hands-on responsibilities in our stores to support our installation department effectively.

**THE ROLE**
- Support our installation department by performing various tasks related to planning, coordination, customer service, and administrative support.
- Liaise with survey staff to coordinate installation schedules and ensure accurate order placement with suppliers.
- Update internal systems to track order progress and installation readiness.
- Communicate with customers by sending order confirmations and providing updates on installation progress.
- Take delivery of goods and perform quality checks to ensure they meet specifications.
- Coordinate all aspects of preparation to ensure installations are ready to take place.
- Be proficient in fundamental computer tasks, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word, and be confident in learning new software when required.
- Assist with approving supplier invoices and ensure accurate processing.
- Demonstrate flexibility in duties to ensure the seamless operation of processes and take ownership of tasks to ensure their accurate and timely completion.
- Maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times, wearing a clean, presentable uniform and displaying a positive demeanor.
- Ensure that client records are kept up to date, and manual records are filed in an efficient, tidy, and secure manner.
- Ensure knowledge of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Handle related administrative tasks and communication for each order.

**SALARY**

£23,000 to £26,000 per annum (plus bonus up to £3,000)

**LOCATION**

Caddy Windows, 8 Enterprise Trade Centre, Hengrove Way, Bristol, BS4 1UN

- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm

Pay: £23,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
