We are a company who carry out inventories, check outs/Ins for Letting Agents and Private Landlords around South Wales.

We are looking for self-employed inventory clerks to work in Swansea and surrounding areas.

We are looking for people who are Smart, Reliable, Trustworthy, Flexible and have good Attention to Detail. You must have your own iPhone or Android as you will work from an app on your phone, You must also have a driving licence and own vehicle.

Often jobs may come in at short notice which is why we require people to be flexible with their time. There is plenty of work for you, we are particularly busy in the spring and summer and require full commitment. Work does slacken off in the winter months.

We do not require a CV from yourself, just a covering letter telling us a bit about yourself and you availability.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £100.00-£1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
PPE will be given to clerks when needed.
