White and Jones Property are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team working as a Property Coordinator.

The job role will entail overseeing the management of both Residential and Student Accommodation within the Swansea area. The main duties will include, contract preparation, handling maintenance, liaising with contractors/landlords, property inspections, processing inventories and keeping good client relations with occupiers.

We are looking for a confident individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work well within a team and as a self-motivated individual is key. Must hold a full UK driving license and use of own car is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Swansea, SA1 5NF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
