We are looking for a Barista Supervisor to join our team in our Oxton location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Required to be key-holder for opening/closing procedures.
- Manage daily operations
- Prepare staffing rotas
- Order stock and supplies as needed
- Prepare food and drinks in accordance with guest needs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

**Requirements**:

- High integrity with great attendance record
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines
- Ability to work a flexible Schedule including weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively

**Salary**: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
