We are currently looking for a Graduate Sales Executive to join our busy team

Commercially astute, the Sales Executive will take a proactive approach to supporting the EMEA Distribution Sales Managers in their role to maximise revenues, from sales of the company's products and services through a base of distributors. Required to providea proactive, responsive first-class level of customer care and communication to support all external distributors (partners) throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities to achieve revenue targets.

**Location**: UK, Basingstoke (Hybrid working at least 1 day in the week in the office)

**Graduate Sales Executive Duties**:

- Assist with the overall engagement and relationship with the EMEAD Sales managers,Russia office, GGS EMEAD Partners and end customers, to maximise revenue on the accounts.
- Manage customer quotes, to order process activities for global operations in Oracle CRM. Activities include: Customer order management and system input, order inquiries and follow-up shipment scheduling and processing as required
- Key User on new CRM and ERP systems, to enable smooth transition and business continuity
- Act as an escalation point for issues on the customers projects and service delivery and assist with the resolution of issues and logistics.
- Ensure routine use of CRM sales tool to allow bid review/approval processes, sales reporting and pipeline management
- Provide ad hoc support to the Russian team for contract negotiations and ensure that contracts are in place for sales, loans and ongoing services (hardware and software support)
- Develop and maintain relationships within the customer (including the management and procurement teams) in order to maximise sales opportunities and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Champion the customers inside GGS; to act as a 'catalyst' for customers sales requirements and overall business and market demand
- Work alongside local sales teams to gain an understanding of the customer's business priorities, and support the team to position GGS as the 'supplier of choice'
- Oversee and manage the Partner debt position to ensure payments are made on time
- Complete ad hoc duties and tasks allocated from time to time.

**Graduate Sales Executive Requirements**:

- 2:1 or above in a business-related degree
- Some corporate and customer facing work experience, ideally in a sales environment
- Fluent in English and a second European language would be an asset
- Good negotiating and conflict handling skills.
- Self-starter, confident and creative thinker and team player.
- Enjoys travel across the EMEA Distribution region and is culturally knowledgeable, sensitive and adaptable.
- Ability to develop and maintain relevant product knowledge.
