**Job Title: Finance Transformation Project Officer**

**Contract: 28.8 hours per week, 12 months Fixed contract**

**Salary: £33,351 - £35,217 pro-rata**

**Actual Salary: £26,681 - £28,174 per annum**

**Location: 2 Bristol Avenue Colindale London NW9 4E**

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join Barnet Education & Learning Service (BELS), working in partnership with London Borough of Barnet.

This post will be based within the BELS Finance Team providing finance support to ensure a successful implementation of the Oracle Finance solution. BELS are working in conjunction with London Borough of Barnet to move from the current finance system, Integra, with a planned date of April 2024. We are seeking someone who will support us through this period of change and are offering a fixed term contract of 12 months.

As a key member of the team during the Oracle implementation, you will be undertaking a range of finance activities including supporting with data cleansing processes, data migration and testing processes. You will also support with general finance processes, such as Accounts Payable and Sales ledger functions, as well as year end procedures.

This a varied role in a motivated and cheerful team, who work well together and support one

If you’re hard working, have experience of working in a finance team using financial IT systems such as Oracle, or have been involved with a finance system implementation this role would appeal to you.
