Our Families and Children’s Performance Outcomes and Quality Assurance team have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Development (OD) Officer - ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment) to join the team on a part time basis.

**About the role**
The role of the ASYE OD Officer is key for developing, coordinating and embedding the ASYE programme under the direction of the Organisational Development Consultant and the Principle Social Worker.

You will have responsibility for providing ongoing support for the newly qualified social workers and their assessors to ensure successful completion of their ASYE program in order to develop a high performing workforce.

The key elements of the role are:
Being responsible for facilitating the regular reviews required
- Delivering, planning and facilitating supportive focused training sessions around the programme
- Actively engage with Skills for Care and Department of Education assessment frameworks
- Registration of newly qualified social workers with Skills for Care to ensure the programme is fulfilled
- Participate and support regional networking for ASYE developments

**About you**
Educated to degree level or equivalent it is essential that you possess relevant experience in health & social care as well as experience of designing and delivering training interventions.

Experience of social worker student placements and ASYE coordination would be an advantage as would a recognised qualification in social work.
