If you share our passion and have experience in managing and leading teams, then come and join us as an Investigative Skills Training Team Leader working part time, 24 hours per week, on a permanent basis. The role is based at Force Headquarters, Ripley however training can be delivered at a variety of locations across the force so some flexibility around travel is required.

**Key Accountabilities**
- ** To manage and develop the organisation’s programme of training for Investigative Skills, responding to business needs**:

- ** Ensure the quality and compliance is relevant of all programmes and materials to deliver an excellent service**:

- ** To lead and develop the Investigative Skills training team**

**The must haves**
- ** Hold a recognised Learning & Development qualification at a minimum level 4 or have substantial equivalent experience**:

- ** Competent or accredited (if not current then recently) as a Professionalising Investigation Programme (PIP) Level 2 Investigator or have equivalent experience of serious and complex investigation within a policing or law enforcement agency**:

- **Experience managing and leading teams**

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
