Office Junior Administrator

We are looking for a self-motivated, Office Junior / Administration with a positive outlook, to join our Customer Service Team.
Duties include:
- Answering telephone calls in a professional, efficient but friendly manner
- Dealing with customer requests and queries
- Liaising with and supporting all internal departmental functions
- Data entry using Microsoft Office and bespoke software (training provided)
- Keeping customer records and files constantly up-to-date
- Producing data reports
- Assisting with Credit Control
- Customer service experience
- Be competent using MS Office and
- Ability to work under pressure with a focus on customer service
- Methodical organisational skills
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to all tasks
- Be able to multitask
- Have a polite and friendly telephone manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high levels of literacy
- Speak Fluent English
Starting salary will depend upon experience and qualifications - between £18,100 and £19,700 to £20,670.00 pro-rata per annum. This is a full-time position; working hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 05:00pm, 37.5 hours per week, with 30 minutes’ lunch break.
Important Note: there will be a brief initial interview via phone; if this is successful you will thereafter be called in for a face-to-face interview at our offices.
