RESPONSIBILITIES:
To manage the whole data entry process for attendees on events for a large, contracted client. This will consist of excel reporting, client billing, expenses reimbursement and payments for attendees to an event for a contracted client with a minimum of 200 events. You will be required to process high volume data to strict deadlines and time-frames.

KEY DUTIES:

- Data entry for Attendees at an event (Name, Address, Company) into a spreadsheet
- Data entry of Attendees bank details online
- Entering bank details for all attendees
- Complete TOV reporting
- Posting expenses into our Sage finance package
- Raising client invoices
- Dealing with sensitive information/data security

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Strong Excel experience

Excellent numeracy skills and accuracy

Able to multitask

Attention to detail

Knowledge of sage software would be advantage but not essential

The Role is full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
