**What will you be doing?**

You will manage the financial and administrative aspects of dealing with overseas suppliers both inside and outside the EU. You will work part of a close-knit Import/Export Team and will become part of the Accounts Payable division within the Finance Department. You will provide support to the Buying & Merchandising Team to ensure payments of invoices are made in a timely manner against approved Purchase Orders.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shipping documents to be presented to Customs Agency in advance of landing dates
- Ensure all pre-payment invoices are correct and justified and paid in accordance with agreed payment terms
- Challenge any discrepancies with invoices in a timely manner and bring to resolution
- Post declarations are reviewed for accuracy and compliance
- Effectively maintain EU tracker report on all EU Inbound shipments

**Experience**:

- Finance background with experience and knowledge of import/export transactions
- Knowledge of Incoterms and familiar in handling shipping documents
- Full understanding of trade cycle
- Proficient in Excel and Pivot Tables
