We are looking for an individual who is energetic and able to drive the role forward; an individual who is not afraid to put new ideas forward and strive towards continuous improvement.

DAY TO DAY:

- Diary management and meeting arrangements
- Travel bookings, accommodation and arrangements manage expenses claims
- Arrange venues, facilities and refreshments for large internal and external meetings
- Co-ordinate new starter processes( IT equipment, phone, security pass)
- Provides logistic support for workshops & meetings
- Handle all aspects of office administrations and general staff queries
- Support with desk moves, office upgrades, renovation project and logistic for office wide activities.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

- Experience in a similiar role is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fantastic organisation skills
- Proactive, motivated individual

This role is based working Monday - Friday at our clients head office in Malmesbury - paying £16 - £18 per hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
