Our client, Pegasus IT is passionate about providing an IT Support Service that helps businesses succeed and stay ahead of the competition in an ever-changing technological world. To keep up with demands for service across the Essex area, they are activelylooking to bring in an Apprentice, who can experience working with experts in their field of IT Consultancy and Support.
Location: Colchester
Qualification: Level 3 Information Communications Technician

**Salary**: £15,000pa
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

- Working within the shop, you'll help potential customers with enquiries & purchases of Computers and general IT Software and Hardware
- Help to open and close the shop and take payments as well as take incoming calls and messages
- Assist with the repairs, maintenance/clean-ups and upgrades on PC's & Laptops
- Assist with the general repair of laptops, and mobile devices, along with monitor repairs
- Get involved with the Business IT Support, and support the companies entire infrastructure
- Get to experience working in; Networking, Servers & Users, PC's Office 365, AntiVirus and more

**Skills Required**:
The ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, from either previous experience or as a hobby
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and technology products such as Office 365 and Microsoft
Ideally, you need to be very Customer-oriented or come with a background in that type of environment

**Personal Qualities**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
- Adaptable and flexible within their approach to work and tasks set
- Organisational & planning skills, and good analytical skills

**Other Information**:
Our client are in a very central location near to Colchester with good rail and bus links. They also have onsite parking too.
