**This is a hybrid role with travel to Stanmore, London 1-2 days a month for face-to-face meetings**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing company, with over 15 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry.

**What we need from you as a Mortgage Administrator**:

- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with a mortgage broker
- Knowledge of Portfolio landlords and Income protection
- Previous experience within a direct mortgage administration role or as a Paraplanner (preferred)
- Ideally possess CeMAP or equivalent in Anti Money Laundering/ Financial Services
- Be organised, highly motivated and ability to prioritise your workload
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- You will be able to remain calm in all situations and be able to reassure anxious clients
- You will have a confident and investigative nature
- Speaking Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati or Urdu as a 2nd language would be an advantage

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Research on Mortgage (Residential, Buy to Let, Portfolio landlords cases and SPV cases) and protection (Term Assurance, Income protection, Relevant life policy, Executive Income protection)
- Provide Life Insurance quotes, income protection quotes and PMI quotes on
- iPipeline/FinPlan /Insurance provider
- Proactively progressing individual cases from initial enquiry through to completion
- Problem solving when required to move purchases and re-mortgages along
- Liaising with GP surgery for life insurance clients for medical records
- To ensure compliance standards and procedures are adhered to
- Liaising with different parties such as lenders, solicitors, providers, and clients
- Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and Mortgage Advisers
- Working to strict deadlines to ensure customers achieve their dream move
- To write client reports and detailed suitability letters, including client reviews, within agreed timescales/quality standards
- Using the company’s CRM system, provide support to ensure records remain compliant within FCA regulation skills requirements

**Salary**:£22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. **Hours of work**: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week between 8.00am - 6.00pm. Weekend working may be required - time in lieu for weekends worked.
