**The job you will be doing**:

- Working in tandem with the account executive manager to perform all general administrative duties such as filing and data entry
- You will liaise with various internal departments to expedite, troubleshoot, and organise customer orders
- Your role will be responsible for ensuring customer order information is captured accurately on the companies in house systems
- You will also be responsible for providing customers with quotations for new work enquiries and answering all related enquiries from customers.

**About you**:

- You will be highly computer literate and able to use general MS packages such as word, outlook and excel
- You will show a determination to learn and develop your skills within the role
- Ideally you will have some previous experience within sales administration, however this is not essential
- You will be a confident and clear communicator, and work well as a part of a team
- Ideally you will also hold a full clean driving license, however this is not essential for the role.
