Receptionist/administrator

We are two sister businesses, a growing estate agency and law firm based in Marlow Bottom just outside Marlow. We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / administrator for full time hours.
**Main Duties**:
- At all times, to ensure the confidentiality and security of all business and client data, documentation and/or information.
- To produce documents and correspondence.
- Dealing with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors, both on the telephone and in person. To deal with initial enquiries and take detailed messages.
- To set up new files accurately and speedily.
- To maintain client details on databases.
- To deal promptly and accurately with filing and storage/retrieval of files.
- To manage diaries, which will include making appointments, arranging meetings, etc. when required.
- With training and under supervision of the Fee Earners to draft straightforward legal documents.
- To review and implement any changes that ensure that all file management complies with best working practices.
- Photocopying of documentation and processing of documents.
- To undertake any other ad hoc duties.
- Key holder
- Open and close reception when owners away
- **Skills and Experience**:
- good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Administration/reception experience essential.
- An understanding of the property industry advantageous.

- The ability and willingness to learn on the job
- Ability to cope with deadlines

Pay: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
