**The Role**

ITGL provides a fantastic opportunity for an individual to make a real impact and positive influence on our fast-growing, dynamic, and exciting organisation. The People & Culture Advisor will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our positive company culture. You will work closely with our people to understand their needs, provide support and guidance, and help resolve any workplace issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for delivering employee engagement initiatives and company events that celebrate our successes and reinforce our positive culture. Reporting to the leadership team, main responsibilities include:

- Employee lifecycle management including recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
- Helping to resolve any workplace issues
- Administering benefits and compensation packages
- Developing and implementing policies in line with company values
- Facilitating people engagement initiatives and company events
- Maintaining HR records and compliance with relevant regulations
- Continuous development of employee value proposition to attract and retain talent
- Ensuring employee well-being and provision of pastoral care
- Proven experience as an HR advisor in a similar role
- Teamwork mentality and positive communication style
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Understanding of HR laws and regulations
- Comfortable working and collaborating online
- Ability to manage time, prioritise work, and work flexibly to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels, including the leadership team and senior staff members.

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
