Bookkeeper required to support with day-to-day task of a growing business for three days a week.

**Required**:

- Book keeping experience essential
- Experience with Xero would be beneficial
- Good telephone and client service experience

Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Good general understanding of Microsoft word and Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure

**Role will include**:

- Organising files
- Supporting other staff
- Data entry
- Dealing with transactions, purchases, sales, receipts
- Producing of financial statements and reports

Part-time hours: 20 hours per week

Expected start date: ASAP

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: as advertised

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (required)
- Book keeping: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Financial Duties:

- Expense reports
- Processing payments
- Billing
- Monthly Management financial report
- Cash Flow analysis
- Financial forecast

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £200.00-£250.00 per week

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
