**Job overview**:
**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to support the Families and Perinatal Divisions, providing administrative and general office support.**

As a PA you will be working closely with Senior management to provide effective, confident and efficient administration service. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to build relationships.

**Must be confident using Microsoft Outlook diary management with substantial experience of minute taking.**

**Main duties of the job**:
To prepare agendas, book rooms and take minutes.

To order and maintain equipment/ stationary stocks.

To maintain internal filing and systems to effectively manage workloads.

- NVQ Level 3 in Office Administration or equivalent experience

- Experience in word processing, power point, Excel and data inputting.
- Good written skills
- Good oral communication skills with people from a wide variety of backgrounds

- Able to work as part of a team

- Able to take and transfer accurate messages contaning complex information
- Effective telephone and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- Self motivated
