We are a busy independent coffee shop who are currently looking for a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress who can confidently engage with our customers to create a unique, inviting guest experience.

Main responsibilities:

- Greeting guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests
- Care about customer satisfaction
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items

**Required Skills**:

- Good verbal communication skills and high awareness of customer service
- Being friendly yet professional
- Having high energy and stamina, with an ability to work for long hours standing
- Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
- Patience and an ability to promote the menu in line with customer needs are highly valued
- Good attention to detail and punctuality
- Always be on time and in the right uniform/dress code
- Be proactive and look out for colleagues who need help
- Always be kind and considerate to customers and colleagues

We are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Full or part time applicants are welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Expected hours: 09.00 - 17.00 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend

**Experience**:

- catering: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
- Food service: 1 year (preferred)
