**Job Type**: Part-Time - 16 to 24 hours a week.
**The Role**:
You will be joining an existing team who deliver high standards of customer service and a friendly attitude across multiple ecommerce websites brands.
- Ensuring all Customers receive the best customer care experience regardless of which method they wish to engage with us.
- Ensuring queries are responded to within the agreed response time.
- Work with colleagues across the business to identify and highlight trends in any customer queries.
- Possess clear and concise communication skills both over the phone and written format.
- Be passionate about customers and offering the best service.
- Computer Literate - Outlook, Word and Excel.

We are looking for individuals to work 16 to 24 hours a week. Initially this would be an office based role but can transition to a hybrid role once fully trained.
Customer Service hours are Mon-Wed 8.30am to 5pm.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
