**LIFE by Be Caring** is looking an **Office Administrator** to join our growing Learning Disabilities department within our Supported Living Schemes.
- Answering calls and greeting visitors
- Care Call Verification
- Filing
- Auditing
- Creating client files
- Photocopying
- Acting as a liaison between other professionals in the office
- Keeping the office area tidy
- Screening phone calls
- Assisting the Management Team

We are looking for an individual who excels using their own initiative with a can-do attitude and has a friendly, warm and bubbly nature.

Salary**: £12,377 per year**

Contract**:Part-**time | 25hrs per week**

Hours**:Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 2:00pm (flexible options available between the hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm)**

Base Location**:Allendale Court (NE5 2FD)**

**Support and Guidance**

You will be supported and guided in your role by our friendly office staff and our Service Manager to be able to effectively undertake your duties as our **Office Administrator.**
