**Calling all Grounds Maintenance Operatives in Horncastle**

Platform Property Care has permanent opportunity for Operatives to join our Grounds Maintenance Team based in Revesby, a mobile role covering our Estates and communities in the surrounding areas. This is an ideal role for someone who loves working outdoors and creating great looking environments for our customers.

**What could you be doing?**

You will be responsible for looking after the green areas in and around our estates. Your duties will include tractor and pedestrian grass maintenance, brush cutting/ strimming, hedge cutting, shrub pruning, planting, weeding, and litter picking.

**Some things we need from you**:

- You’ll be motivated and passionate about making a difference to our external landscape
- You’ll have a full UK driving licence - this is essential as it is a mobile role
- You will really enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- You’ll have a good Health & Safety knowledge
- And have some relevant grounds maintenance/ gardening/horticultural skills, experience or qualifications

The working pattern for this permanent role is a permanent annualised contract:
Summer (March - November) 42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday

Winter (December - February) 32.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
