Groundsman/maintenance

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative/Gardener for our popular holiday site, Westwood Lakes.

We are looking for an hardworking individual who is happy to work outdoors in all weathers and complete a large range of tasks. Knowledge of general indoor maintenance would be an advantage but not essential. Valid UK driving license is preferred.

**Daily tasks will include the below**:

- Using ride on lawn mowers
- Using hand strimmer's/mowers/secateurs/general outdoor tools
- Ground cleaning (Litter picking/Emptying bins)
- Planting/Weeding
- Maintaining tidy work areas and tools.
- All general outdoor maintenance of lodges such as sanding and spraying paintwork.
- Working outdoors in all weathers

Hours normally run Monday to Friday
- 08.00-4.30, but you may sometimes be required to work weekends to cover annual leave.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
