I currently am working on a position as a Technical Customer Service Specialist, for a reputable growing company in Milton Keynes.

This role is supporting the customer experience team, dealing with all things customer service. You will be speaking to customers and providing them with the best level of customer service.

**As a Technical Customer Service Specialist you will be**:

- You will be troubleshooting
- Finding the route cause of problems
- Be consistent delivering a high level of customer service.
- Be a voice between the customer and internal teams
- Live chat
- Develop a good understanding of the companies systems and products

**You will need to be**:

- A team player and enthusiastic about customer service
- Good listening and querstioning skills
- Problem solving/trouble-shooting
- You must be able to take ownership for any situation
- A background in a similar role is essential
- You need to be proactive, a desire to get involved and help where needed.
- You must be inquisitive and want to resolve problems
