**The role**:
The Facilities Coordinator role is positioned to provide general support to the Facility Site Focal in the administration of Site compliance & delivery of Facilities projects. You will work closely with internal business functions and external contractors and suppliers

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and coordinating facilities activities to ensure cost, schedule and regulatory requirements are met, including Capital projects
- Admin support including IFM contractor activities, Contractor Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMs), creates and issues IFM contractor permits for work ensuring safe IFM contractor induction in line with Boeing ‘Go 4 Zero’ policies/procedures and UK Health & Safety Law
- Supporting the delivery of acceptable, efficient and affordable solution options for business needs
- Supporting business requests for facilities management projects such as rearrangements, moves and asset acquisition as requested by the Site Focal
- Business reporting - Weekly and monthly metrics. Compilation and tracking of business data
- Working alongside Front of House colleague and ensuring compliant site visitor processing and site inductions
- Provides cover for FOH as required
- Supporting invoice management process
- Supports Continuous Improvement initiatives

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:

- Experience of working in a Customer Facing role
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills required
- Strong organisational skills required
- Self-motivated and pro-active approach to achieving targets
- Experience of balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
- Experience of Sharepoint
- Must be flexible & articulate
- Requirement to flex working hours in support of the business/ Requirement to work flexible hours to support business needs
- Flexibility to support the wider BIES team, this may involve travel to other locations
- Be willing to become a Fire Marshall & First Aider

**Preferred Skills/Qualifications**:

- Awareness of PPM’s via an FM management tool (Desirable)
- Health & Safety knowledge and skills (Desirable) (IOSH Risk Management, COSHH Assessments). EG. Risk assessments, Data sheets
