**4on 4off Night Shift 7PM to 7AM**

**Immediate start**

We are looking for a passionate colleague to join the Transport team at the depot based on Magna Park, Lutterworth. You will need to have worked in a similar role within a transport environment. This position is fast-paced and you will need to be able to adapt be a quick thinker. A Good level of IT and excellent communication is essential.

**Main Tasks**:

- Briefing and debriefing drivers - Making sure they have the correct paperwork
- Data Entry
- Liaising with customer services regarding delayed collections
- Processing all traffic paperwork
- Answering calls
- General admin

**Person Spec**:

- Previous transport admin experience **essential**:

- A positive proactive attitude
- Ability to pick up processes with ease
- Excellent communication skills required
- Strong organisational skills and time management to prioritise workload
- Flexible, articulate and able to cope when placed under pressure
