**Senior Manager - Transformation**

**£70,000 - 90,000 + package**

Our client are currently in search of a Digital Transformation consultant (Senior Manager grade) to join their TMT Team working with some of the UK's leading Media/Broadcasting institutions.

**As a Senior Manager (Transformation) you will**:

- Develop and deliver client's innovation agenda and associated strategic digital transformation roadmap in partnership with the business and technology teams
- Showcase best practices, use cases and success stories to inspire and inform client's innovation agenda and strategic initiatives
- Operate E2E process of ideate, validate, incubate (for discovery) and scale (implement) for the strategic transformation initiatives
- Facilitate innovation and transformation governance forums comprising of internal and client leadership teams to seek strategic guidance and approvals
- Collaborate with internal and Client teams to plan and provision for the core infrastructure
- Manage senior consultants, plans, associated budget, risks and issues, and cadence of internal and external reporting requirements
- **Experience required from the Senior Manager**:

- Experience of delivering digital transformation initiatives working directly with the Broadcasting industry (or equivalent) or through a reputative consulting firm or system integrator
- Experience of working across the broadcasting value chain -Production, Acquisition, Processing, Sales & Marketing, Distribution, Delivery and Consumption
- Experience of delivering projects in at least 2 areas -Asset Management, Rights & Royalties, Data & Analytics, Content Monetisation, Consumer Insights, Digital Distribution
- Experience of deploying products and solutions across the broadcasting value chain, specially in the areas of Asset Management, Rights and Royalties and Data & Insights
- Experience of implementing and/or operating Innovation Framework, e.g., "Ideate -Incubate -Validate -Scale" (or similar) including business case and benefits tracking
- Experience of partnering with hyperscalers, product vendors, service integrators and media industry experts for designing and implementing technology solutions
- Experience of managing P&L, opportunity pipeline, matrix teams (incl. client, product vendors, etc.), and developing thought leadership in relevant areas of the industry
- Experience of developing mutually rewarding partnerships with senior stakeholders across the industry eco-system

**The Ideal Senior Manager must also hold**:

- Bachelor's or Master's level degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Technology, Strategy, Change, or equivalent
- Fully conversant with the hyperscaler solutions and service offerings and their applicability to the broadcasting industry value chain (GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Ability to converse with functional and technical SMEs to understand issues and their wider business and technical implications, ask probing questions and offer advice
- Ability to manage large scale innovation led transformation programs using various delivery methodologies -GAP Analysis, Architectural Assessment, Scrum, Agile, XP, etc.

- £70,000 - £90,000
