Our client, a multi-national, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an IT Transformation Manager with strong Insurance sector experience to join their diverse Technology Enablement practice. The team assists Insurance clients transform the way theirtechnology enables their business strategy and long-term strategic goals. The practice focuses on Technology advisory, IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Systems Integration.

The company has a diverse business which requires diverse personalities, characters and perspectives.

**The Role**:

- Communicating compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems.
- Building constructive working relationships across different teams, functions, countries or cultures.
- Supporting relationship development with clients.
- Supporting development of market facing propositions.
- Delivering high quality advisory services.
- Excellent stakeholder management across business and technology

**Key responsibilities**:

- Contribute to complex multi stakeholder advisory services for Insurance Technology transformation.
- Contribute to developing market growth in insurance technology advisory.
- Contribute to the wider capability group by developing services and people.
- Market development.

**Experience and skills required**:

- Experience working in the**Insurance transformation ortechnology consulting environment**.
- Subject matter expertise and experience from Insurance: GI, Life and Pensions, Health or Speciality.
- Ability to deliver high quality enterprise technology strategy and technology architecture work.
- Business development and sales capability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at a senior level.
- Industry awareness of key methodologies, approaches and market trends including enterprise architecture frameworks, business and technology capabilities and solutions.
- PMP, Prince2 or other project management accreditation.

This is a full-time permanent position with the opportunity to work remotely.
