If you have a background in Administration, HR, Recruitment Administration or similar and are looking for an incredibly varied and exciting role this could be the position for you.

Reporting to one of the Business Managers this will be a key position with the real potential for growth within the business.

Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

- Managing client requests day to day
- Providing administration support to contract compliance
- Liaising directly with field engineers and managers to undertake a variety of tasks and issues
- Correlating compliance documentation for new starters
- Liaising with the client to organise new starter inductions
- Liaising with the team to deliver candaites resourcing plans
- Ensuring starter packs and all relevant joining / onboarding instructions are delivered
- Dealing with disciplinary situations and organising relevant meetings
- Reporting on field incidents and assisting with any urgent scenarios
- Liaising with field & logistics contacts for vehicle delivery and collections
- Managing the contract vehicle registers and scheduling new vehicles if required
- Managing leaver process and all asset registers

**Key Skills & Experience Preferred**

This is a key role for Sisko and we are very much looking for the right “person” rather than a bullet pointed profile.

If you have a background Administration, Contract Support, HR or Recruitment this role may be suitable for you

However, a multitude of backgrounds will be considered.

Key skills and experience would include:

- Administrative Experience
- Ability to communicate at multiple level

Advantageous but not essential:

- Experience dealing with field-based workers
- Knowledge of compliance
- Knowledge and experience of HR is a bonus but not essential

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
