**Business Analyst**

Are you a Business Analyst in search for an exciting new job opportunity? If so, London Fire Brigade are looking to recruit a Business Analyst on a 3-month contract (with possibility of an extension), starting immediately, to join their team.

The role is full time, Monday to Friday, is based near Southwark and offers hybrid working, with 2 to 3 days work from home.

**THE ROLE**:
To help support the delivery of user experience improvements on the different HR related systems that are currently in place that London Fire Brigade through analysis of data.

Working with project managers from the learning development team and workforce to:

- Understand high level requirements for integrated approach to workforce mapping and skills distribution
- Assess potential for current system updates to meet user requirements
- Develop improvement plan supported by findings.

Skills and experience required to carry out the role:

- Identifying user groups within an HR context.
- Develop user stories through various methodologies including workshops and desktop analysis
- Analyse the data and develop user journeys
- Establish existing and future state journeys
- Identify where technology can support user journeys and how existing systems can be used
- Establish gaps in performance and define user requirements
- Develop the user stories into acceptance criteria for testing
