Super opportunity for a bright grad looking for temp work within an accounts payable team for boutique hedge fund based in Mayfair. We are looking for someone who is available immediately and looking for some work for the next few weeks/months while they place this role on the permanent side.

You will be working within a small, collaborative team who manage the finance functions for multiple offices across the UK and abroad. The firm has seen massive growth in the past year, so this role is suited to a someone who enjoys a fast paced and varied role, including lots of interaction with vendors and colleagues.

You must be a strong communicator, adaptable and highly professional with a proactive attitude. Ideally it would be great if you have previous experience working with accounts payable however they are also open to recent graduates who are extremely comfortable & confident with numbers and excel spreadsheets as well as having great attention to detail.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Process payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger
- Assisting with month end reporting
- Reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Generate reports detailing accounts status
- Understand expense accounts, cost centres and compliance issues around accounts payable processes

This role is fully office based, Monday - Friday 9am-6pm and looking to start immediately.
