We are currently recruiting for a part-time Mobile Response Officer to cover operations in the Scottish Borders.

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality customer service and exceptional guarding skills to both our clients and members of the public.

**DUTIES OF A POLSEC GROUP MOBILE RESPONSE OFFICER**:
**Initially, the main purpose of this role is to perform open and close security services to a client site based in Galashiels, Monday to Friday.**
- Site unlock must be performed between the hours of 0630 - 0700.
- Site lock must be performed between the hours of 2200 - 2230.

A company vehicle will be provided.

**In addition, you will also be required to**:

- Respond to alarm callouts.
- Perform on call duties on a 4 on 4 off rotation.
- Perform security patrols as instructed by our Operations Control Centre.
- Perform weekly vacant property inspections.
- Complete appropriate documentation related to duties.
- Point of contact for external agencies (emergency services, local authorities, etc.)
- Ensure health and safety guidance is followed and always maintained.
- Be alert and identify suspicious persons, actions, and report accordingly.
- Any additional reasonable duties required by operational management.

**JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A valid SIA licence.
- Previous experience working in a similar role is preferred.
- Full driving licence (penalty points must be disclosed).
- 5-year employment history or any period of unemployment that can be confirmed.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Adaptable to changing work schedule.
- Good communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
