In House Trainer

**Job title**: In-House Trainer

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Hours of Work**: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm)

**Location**: Whitstable, Kent (The role will be hybrid working with a mixture of centre-based and home-based delivery)

**Salary**:£26,500.00 - £31,000.00 per annum

**Department Procedures**
- Translating requirements into training material that will lead employees into the next step of their career path
- Identify and evaluate training needs for all departments and employee’s
- Regularly evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes in line with the contract requirements
- Have a high level of understanding when it comes to training styles and accessibility
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training gaps
- Evaluating the effectiveness of current training and make the necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with employees at all levels
- Deliver blended training sessions both within the classroom and online
- To deliver ad hoc training events as and when needed to meet specific business requirements
- Develop or oversee the production of training handouts, instructional materials and manuals
- To ensure that standard training content is delivered across the whole organisation
- To keep up to date with training developments
