Are you a dedicated and experienced Education Support Tutor seeking a new challenge? Our SEN school in Hounslow is seeking an individual with a passion for supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs to join our team. The school specializes in providing education to students with special educational needs and disabilities, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters positive relationships and student engagement.
About the Role:
As an Education Support Tutor, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to our students, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and personally. Your duties will include:

- Providing tailored support to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Developing and promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to create effective lesson plans and strategies for supporting each student
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, and providing feedback to help them succeed
- Participating in regular professional development opportunities to enhance your skills
- Experience working as an Education Support Tutor or in a similar role
- A strong understanding of the needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work
