Our client is looking to grow their recruitment team due to the high number of internal vacancies they are working on. They are predominantly within the industry and have seen a massive increase in internal vacancies since 2021.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support clients' procedures and client management.
- Assist in the completion of practice-management administration
- Managing inbound queries
- Taking the initiative to assist all callers and provide solutions where possible before seeking assistance
- General administration: uploading information, filing, scanning and photocopying
- Managing The App dashboard and other internal systems
- Minute-taking in various internal and external meetings
- Client requirements and rostering as and when required
- Keeping all relevant spreadsheets and databases up to date and compliant with standards
- Rolling out new initiatives to the temporary workforce and clients as and when required
- Participating in the company on-call roster
- Stock taking and ordering

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- 100% accuracy in administrative tasks
- A highly organised approach to work.
- Completion of work by agreed deadlines
- Successful development and performance reviews

We are looking for someone who has worked in the recruitment industry before; our client will look at a strong Administrator who has a keen interest in getting into recruitment. You must have the ability to prioritise workloads, have excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong IT skills are essential as well.

Hours alternate between 08:00 - 16:00 and 09:00 - 17:00 - the team take it in turns.
