The EA SPORTS Racing team is looking for an Associate Creative Director who is inspired by sport and racing culture to help us build the next evolution of our marketing campaigns for EA SPORTS F1, Need For Speed, and more. We’re looking for a teammate that loves the drive just as much as they love making amazing work.

We are a collaborative team, and those who are excited to learn and aren’t afraid to ask questions will excel. In this dream role you’ll report to the Group Creative Director, EA SPORTS as you work across multiple marketing campaigns for EA SPORTS Racing titles.

You will lead the ideation and writing of campaign platforms and ideas, as well upholding the look, tone and narrative for marketing content - including trailers, social & creator content, brand partnerships and more. You’ll manage quality within all content produced, driving creative from start to finish alongside internal and external production and cross functional partners.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop core creative platform and creative responses alongside internal Strategy, Brand and Development teams that inspire our best ideas and execution
- Conceptualise, write, and develop ideas based on franchise Strategy and Brand positioning for cross-channel campaign assets
- Clearly articulate and present creative concepts to internal stakeholders, while strengthening the work through incorporating feedback
- Collaborate closely with internal and external production, editorial and development teams to craft stories and content, with a focus on video
- Partner with our Brand and cross functional teams to uphold campaign narrative, tone and visual look and feel under the guidance of creative and senior leadership
- Share and present creative work with creative team leadership at regular intervals throughout campaign
- Ability to balance creative execution and business objectives

**Required Qualifications**
- Experience in a creative role at a senior level - creative agency experience preferable, with a focus on concept development and asset creation
- In-depth understanding of the media landscape including both emerging digital spaces as well as traditional channels
- Storytelling and script writing skills are essential
- Experience working on brand and product campaigns from vision to completion. In-house or agency
- Understanding the cultural and creative landscape of F1 and/or in-depth video game knowledge are a huge plus
