**4Tech Moto **are currently seeking an enthusiastic Motor Vehicle Tutor to work as part of our educational team, contributing to the planning and delivery of the curriculum to assist the development of students.

**Position Overview**
- As a motor vehicle tutor you will be responsible for the end-to-end assessments of our students, from commencement through to completion of their course.
- You will be required to review students information and documentation/portfolio, liaising with senior leadership teams to allow inclusive learning opportunities which will enable the student to succeed.
- You will be involved in lesson planning, delivering, progress tracking and reporting to external educational bodies regarding student’s accomplishments or concerns etc.
- You will also be responsible for day-to-day administration activities (i.e., contacting schools regarding student attendance, transportation arrangements (e.g., taxi)) as well as ad hoc maintenance jobs In and about the workshop and regular report writing.
- In an emergency, you may be required to work at our other centre (based in Blackpool).
- Regulated by the IMI (Institute of The Motor Industry) you will adhere to curriculum delivery and essential criteria carrying out paper based and electronic assessments.
- All staff are expected to obtain their teaching qualification within the first 6 months of employment. Training will be provided, and all courses will be funded by 4Tech Moto, providing you remain with post for 2 consecutive years.

**Essential Requirements**
- Complete full enhanced DBS check funded for by the company.
- Level 3 motor vehicle **related** qualification desired but not essential.
- Full UK Driving license.
- Organisation, Communication and IT Skills.
- Willing to Upskill (Regular CPD Training)
