**About the role**

Our Reablement Support Workers work with people in their own homes following discharge from hospital. They play a key role in enabling customers to achieve their goals and objectives. This is achieved by them working alongside dedicated occupational therapists to co-develop customers’ Reablement plans.

We are a service that promotes development from within, and there is opportunity to progress within the service. We offer NVQ apprenticeships and up skilling through practice and skills development.

Our service is well established, and we are now looking to recruit more Reablement Support Workers in order to support even more Customers in Wiltshire. No formal care experience required to apply, as we provide a comprehensive training schedule and support.

This role involves shifts to meet the needs of the service which runs between 7 am to 10 pm 365 days a year there is a requirement to work on a rota that will cover morning, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

**To be a Reablement Care Support Worker**

Care experience is not essential and to be a Reablement worker you just need to have a caring & friendly nature and hold a valid UK drivers’ licence. It’s preferred that you have access to a vehicle however this is negotiable with your travel time & mileage being paid.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £21,968.00-£22,777.00 per year
