This is an exciting time for our Adult Social Care Service, as we progress through a transformation.

There are a number of opportunities for enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join us across the service.

**About the role**

This is a brand new role, and we are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to grow and learn.

Working closely with a team of Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, and Reablement Support Workers, you will be responsible for scheduling reablement assessments with customers to enable the service to deliver its support effectively.

As well as a comprehensive induction programme and on-going specialist reablement training, access to the Council’s other learning programmes will be available to help you fully develop in your career.

You will be required to work out of hours at times to meet the needs of the service.

**About You**

We are looking for a motivated individual with some experience in allocation of work and the support of older adults or adults with physical disabilities.

You should have a caring attitude, a friendly professional approach, and the ability to work with staff and customers to achieve agreed goals. Excellent communication skills are key.
