As a member of the Operations team you will be responsible for processing finance and HR administration for the department. A large proportion of the role will involve booking complex UK and overseas travel & arranging visas for our staff. You will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as duties will involve supporting the co-ordination for our partner graduation ceremonies, support co-ordinating prospectus details for partner colleges, producing approval letters, and newsletters to our partners. Organising meetings, circulating meeting papers, and note taking is a requirement. You will support the department’s compliancy with GDPR and recording of information data. You will assist with supporting the management team and academic staff for a range of partnership activities.

Working as part of a team, we are looking for an individual who is self-motivating, with initiative who can prioritise their workload and fulfil office administration. It is essential that you have excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy. You will need to have excellent IT skills, able to work in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of SharePoint would be beneficial but not essential as training is provided, however having confidence in navigating around complex databases, systems and packages is desirable.

This is a part-time position working 18.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. Start date is likely to be Wednesday 21st June 2023. Working days are to cover Mon-Thurs roughly 4.6 hours per day but exact timings can be agreed upon appointment.
