Overview:
The bpi division sits within the Engineered Materials Division of Berry Global Inc. a US listed company with an annual turnover of around $13bn and over 40,000 employees.

The bpi division has manufacturing sites across the UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland and Romania.

Berry Bpi Dumfries is a plastic wash and granulation plant which manufactures plastic lumber, outdoor furniture and landscaping products.

The business is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operator working Monday to Friday days with a 37.5 hour working week.

Qualifications:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain health, safety and environmental requirements in accordance with site rules
- Assist with the operation of the warehouse and yard FLT tasks to meet schedules and production requirements
- Move finished goods using the site’s FLT
- Perform required vehicle and machinery checks
- Pack finished products for goods out requirements where necessary
- Load / unload goods in and out
- Ensure administration tasks are completed correctly
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping
- Liase with attending drivers and ensure all transport safety protocols are followed.
- Clear communication with the warehouse supervisor and site management.

**Skills and Experience**

FLT Truck Licence

Experience of good health and safety techniques in a factory environment

Experience of safe working procedures and work permits

Good communication skills

Basic administration computing skills

Be able to work unsupervised and using own initiative

Ability to handle multiple priorities to ensure deadlines are met

We are looking for a flexible motivated and driven individual with experience of using a FLT
